vavco is an independent advisory firm representing owners, boards and family offices in the moments that define their balance sheet. We work on a small number of mandates each year, under absolute discretion, with senior bankers on every call.
Our practice is intentionally narrow. We do not run an investment fund, we do not syndicate securities, and we do not accept retainers from prospective counterparties. The result is independent advice with no incidental incentives.
